Warranty.

Furniture:
When purchasing any furniture, customers have 4 days from receiving furniture to check for any damages or missing pieces. Customers will sign for all items being there in proper condition when delivered. If there is missing pieces or damages to furniture when expected within 4 days from receiving shipment, CALL IMMEDIATELEY 954-987-8943. Returned furniture MUST BE PUT IN ORIGINAL BOXES with no exceptions. When returning furniture in original boxes, furniture must not be assembled. Pictures of furniture in The Perfect Mattress website are as accurate as possible and have a written description of the color they come in. Note furniture might be a slightly different color due to lighting of picture. We inspect all furniture before it is carefully packaged to help prevent damaged pieces. Please note tiny chips in furniture are normal and may be manufactured this way.

Mattresses:
All mattresses are to be inspected and signed for when received. Customers must check mattresses for damages before shipping company leaves there residents. Note all mattresses have different years for there warranties. Warranty for mattresses are for sink holes of 2 inches or greater. Mattresses will eventually form to a persons body through time. This is normal and mattresses adapt to the users body. Note MATTRESS WARRANTIES WILL BE VOIDED AND NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE IF there are any types of Liquid Stains, Cuts, or Abuse to mattress. If in any case customer needs to use warranty within the warranty time and are qualified to due so, customers are responsible for shipping to The Perfect Mattress and back to there residence. SHIPPING:
Shipping may take 1 to 5 weeks for delivery. Our delivery service delivers road side and does not assemble or enter merchandise in residents home. If customer needs inside home resident delivery please contact The Perfect Mattress at 954-987-8943 for this type of inside delivery is available!
